I do not know if this will help you. We have no air conditioning in our Colorado home. The key to keeping it cool is to open up the house when it is cool, sometimes using the fan to pull the air thru. Then close the house down when the outside Temps reach the inside Temps. If the sun is coming in the windows, you can also close curtains. It feels like air conditioning all day long. When it cools back down in the evening, repeat the process. Good luck!
Of course you are not boring...you stimulate us all to get better, more involved and continue to have joy in our hearts!! Absolutely loved My Friends (Backman is a favorite of mine) Just started Silent Patient and I have all sorts of thoughts which path this will take!
I went immediately to my library website to reserve The Book Club for Troublesome Women! 102 holds on 5 copies! I might have to break down and buy it!
LOL, lady, I'm surprised you can even spell 'boring'! ;)
Keep killing it over there on the "east coast", you're my hero!
If you are boring I am comatose.
Your life is so interesting!
Thank you for the book suggestions. They sound intriguing.

I’m way down here in Tallahassee, and every time I read one of your Monday Musings, this Iowa-born-and-raised girl wishes she was back there!
